Raw Red Pepper Hummus

Some people find chickpeas really tough to digest or just don’t like them. This is a light fresh and delicious alternative to the more traditional hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Courgetti peeled
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 3 tbsp Tahini

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve with crudites, crackers or on a baked sweet potato.
