Raw Red Pepper Hummus
Some people find chickpeas really tough to digest or just don’t like them. This is a light fresh and delicious alternative to the more traditional hummus
Ingredients
- 1 Courgetti peeled
- 1 Red pepper
- 2 Cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp Tahini
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve with crudites, crackers or on a baked sweet potato.
