Cabbage and Prune Salad
This is a great salad to include every day while you get your bowels working and detoxing excess oestrogens from the body. Ingredients
- 1/4 purple cabbage grated
- 1/4 white cabbage grated
- 6 prunes chopped
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 apple grated
- 1 Pumkin seeds
- 2 tbsp flax oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Large handful of parsley chopped
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss together thoroughly. Tastes better if left to marinate so make enough for tomorrow too
